Anybody ever tried any of these products?  ** you don't have permission to see this link **; I'm trying to find a snes flash cart I can load some roms (mostly fan translations) onto.  The ones pictured seem like some kind of build your own thing and I can't fully understand what's going on in the pictures.  There is also alot of mention of floppys and parallel ports…

All that stuff looks like real old technology. I've never used any of those but I'm shocked there isn't a SD or CF cart loader out. Seems as though it would be alot easier to make than these carts did back in 1997.
