WJFK; a Fairfax (10800 Main Street, VA, 22030) radio station, has flipped format to all sports.

Junkies stay (back to their old name too, Sports Junkies), but Mike O' Meara and BigO and Dukes are gone. Of course, this is due to the Junkies being connected with the movers and shakers of the Dc area as of current, and Mike not. They had great ratings, but… Meh. And Big O and Dukes were awesome to listen to… On occasion it was odd and maddening, but that is a good thing.

I started listening to that station EIGHTEEN years ago. It feels like when Frieda died, or Don left, except… This is permanent. These weird moments in lives are always odd. You reflect on them and reflect, but it doesn't really HIT, it just keeps building.

Sigh.
