Don't get all mushy on us now ** you don't have permission to see this link **

Seriously though, it is fun to have this site back again. It's nice to hear from others who suffer from whatever disorder I have that drives me to look for old video games in some of the least glamorous places in America. Maybe ** you don't have permission to see this link **  would be the right medical term for it? Or is Marioniomania better?

I second Mike!  I'm glad to see the forums busy.  And better yet I haven't seen one spam post!  …I hope I don't jinx it.

I'm glad that I can actually interact with everyone while the show is happening! When I first found the Retrocast I ended up listening to every episode from the start, but only in archives after the podcast stopped being recorded.

And it is kinda funny too, how we all like collecting old games. The reason I say that's strange is that it's a mix of liking the old games from when we were kids, collecting games, and being thrifty/wanting to avoid outrageous eBay prices for those games. Any one of those would be common among gamers (and it is becoming more and more main-stream for people to enjoy gaming) but you would not think that all three of those together would be common.

And even though we like those same things you can tell that everyone here still has different takes/opinions on the subject or quirks that we bring to the community.

Knowledge is indivisible. When people grow wise in one direction, they are sure to make it easier for themselves to grow wise in other directions as well.

I remember when we used to have a forum set aside just for stories of stuff we found in those \"Least glamorous places.\"  I always loved reading those.

M and/or J, bring it back!
